By ferry:
If you leave Korcula with a 6am catamaran, and then catch the ferry to Vis in Hvar, it is possible to reach Vis in about three hours, that is by 9am. However we recommend you to stay in Komiza at least for one night so you can realise your goal of visiting the Blue cave and also so you can have some time to see other attractions of Vis or Bisevo. From Vis to Komiza you can use the services of public transportation by bus which are in sync to the arivals and departures of the ferries. Komiza is linked to Bisevo and the Blue cave with a regular ferry line.
